The mobilized trainees will be put through an assessment process or other basic screening tests to assess the need and aptitude that are fundamental to the trades in which training is to be imparted and also to reduce mid-course/post training dropout of candidates before placements. On the basis of above, the candidates shall be scrutinized and selected for the suitable courses.

NEST will help trainees to get suitable employmentin any industry / self-employment / formation of SHG depending on the requirement of the trainees and the nature of the course. The Parent and trainees Consent Form should also contain details and nature of benefits that his/her child is entitled to access through the Program. This will help parents and the potential trainees to make an informed decision about the nature of benefits that they will be able to accrue through the Program.

Documentation is an inherent part of the project and NEST will submit the complete documentation in the standard formats or as prescribed by the PMU as MIS Reports along with video recording giving the status of beneficiaries before and after the project. It covers the details of deliverables as indicated in the project and achievements made against these deliverables.

NEST will request for conducting third party assessment to Sector Skill Councils of NSDC and pay assessment fees payment to SSC for conducting assessment for training completed students to get NSDC Approved SSC certificate from concern Sector Skill Council and distributing certificates to students before placement order issued.

NEST will conducted campus interview and placed candidates as per PMU norms. Placed candidate placement track followed by NEST and ensure next six months placement details from date of placement.

A placement team will be in place at the time of start of the training batch and will remain associated with trainees from the beginning. Market linkage and the self-help group formation may be done in the beginning so that trainees can have full knowledge about the SHG / placement. The team will remain in contact with all the trainees passed out and currently undergoing training and should short out all the problems being faced by thetrainees.
